Fascinating read! Science fiction seems to have primed us with high expectations for voice assistants, but in reality, we have very little trust for them. I wonder if Alexa would have worked the way Amazon wanted it to if they had created a campaign demonstrating the device's reliability. (i.e. Alexa won't get your pizza order wrong)
