I can only echo what April Holder already said, and express my deep disappointment that someone is really out here continuing to promote the myth that women choose to make less money by not working as hard.

Four cents adds up.

Comments like, "They tend to be less intelligent, less scientific, and less interested in technology..." add up to create hostile environments that many people, especially women, don't want to work in.

I'm cheering for women who have to endure this kind of prejudice while working in UX.
